A1：The stove need to connect smoke pipe to out, the diameter of pipe is 8cm. We also can provide the smoke pipe.
Q2：Is there need professional people to install the stove?
A2：The stove is very easy to install. Just connect smoke pipe and turn on the machine. The smoke pipe can’t be turn to north, if have turned to north, you can use bent pipe.
Q3：Does the pellet stove need electricity?
A3：The stove use some electricity for controller and ignition, the power of ignition is 300W, normal working power is 60W.
Q4：What kind pellet the stove use?
