  1. The mom making macinne  has advanced design, reasonable structure,  easy to install and operate. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, that meet the requirement of food grade.
  2. The whole momo machine is composed of five parts: dough outlet, filling, forming, conveying and controller, supplemented by stainless steel frame.

  • Machine cleaning  and maintance

  1.  After using the machine, all parts must be disassembled, and  clean in time, then assembled and restored. In particular, it is better to apply edible oil on the molding cutter after cleaning and prepare for the next use, that in order to prolong the service life of machine.
  2.  For long-term operation parts, grease should be applied frequently. New machine can be disassembled the out shell, to understand the internal structure and operation principle of machine, fully understand the performance and working principle of the momo machine, that can help you use the machine well.
  3. The machine should be lubricated with grease for a long time.
  4.  Repair or replace the worn parts in time.
