The blanching machine is always used in assembly line, together with conveying and lifting, cooler, dewater, oiling machine and so on.
Blanching machine use steam heating, the machine is equipped with automatic temperature control solenoid valve device for steam input and manual steam input, the device and temperature control detector can automatically adjust and keep the temperature within the applicable range.
The machine body is full of steam input holes and equipped with multiple air blowing pipes. The side of the outer wall of each pipe box is equipped with an air valve for control and regulation. The handle and adjustment not only make the water temperature uniform, but also make the materials disperse and the heating temperature consistent.
The machine speed is adjustable, that adoppted for conveying to ensure the time of material blanching and keep the raw material color fresh.
And the cooling machine is air impact roll type, cooling fastly, and cooling temperature uniformly.
